Model + It Girl: Rubi Rose
True to her name, model and aspiring actress Rubi Rose shines with the elegance of a jewel with the beauty of a flower. With the ability to speak 4 languages, a fiery personality, and extraordinary Eritrean and Japanese features, Rose has quickly become Atlanta’s latest “it-girl” at only 19 years old. Rose has been featured as the lead girl for Migos’ “Bad and Boujie ft. Lil Uzi” music video, as well as in Pink Dolphin campaigns.
Born in Kentucky and raised in Switzerland and Atlanta, Rose is the daughter of a doctor and lawyer. Currently an undergraduate honor student studying English at Georgia State University, she plans to attend law school post graduation. Besides her impressive intellect and beauty, Rose’s time in Atlanta has immersed her into the heart of the city’s culture, developing a keen ear for music and a distinct style reflecting her finger on the pulse of fashion. She is currently cultivating her skills with some of Atlanta’s most credible music industry names to nurture her natural ability to be ahead of trends and train her into becoming one of the most influential A&Rs.
When Rose isn’t practicing and perfecting her talents, she is focusing on the rise of her project child, Carbon Rose, which is a platform dedicated to highlighting true Atlanta culture in music, fashion, photography, art, and entrepreneurship. Apart of the Carbon Rose conglomerate, Rose is currently designing her first line for her Carbon Rose Label collection, which is set to release later this year.
